By reply email, we'll send you a reservation confirmation and rental contract.
- The number of adults and children in your party
- The first and last name of each person in your party
- Your check-in and check-out dates
- Your telephone number with area code
- Your mailing address
- How you found or heard about us
- Print and sign the documents and mail them back to us with either a security deposit or your full payment as instructed.
That's all there is to it!

*Effective January 1, 2011. Rates do not include 13.25% Hawaii State taxes, $75.00 cleaning charge, or standard $200 security deposit (refundable upon check out). Utility surcharge added for 1 month or longer stay.
**A 3% service fee is charged for online or credit card payments and deducted from the security deposit refund.
